We are currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Account Manager to work full-time from our central Bath office starting as soon as possible.

As our Senior Digital Account Manager your role will be varied and should be comfortable working across multiple disciplines. You will lead more junior team members while ensuring that the work we do helps achieve our clients’ business objectives.  Your time will be spent consulting and delivering digital strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, content, email marketing, and CRM to drive traffic, increases conversion rates, and generates results.

This role needs someone who is incredibly organised and detail-oriented. We have a lot going on, so the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is a must. You’ll receive ongoing digital marketing training on a regular basis and certifications in Google Analytics and Adwords. You’ll also get to work with a fantastic, bright, and friendly team in a modern office.

Reporting

Reports to Head of Client Services

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships with major clients while providing strategic insight and guiding teams towards achieving client goals
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing including Paid Advertising, SEO, social media, and SEM for key client accounts
  • Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with content, editorial and social teams to develop and execute these ideas
  • Ensure goals and objectives are met and strategies successfully implemented
  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Carry out keyword research, run website audits and optimise high-quality content
  • Project manage new website builds and design work
  • Create regular client reports based on agreed KPIs
  • Work on business development to create new and upsell existing business
  • Work with SEO Specialist on SEO strategy and implementation for your clients
  • Work with the social media team on social media strategy and delivery
  • Work closely with the editorial and PR teams
  • Assist with Digital/PR event activities for various clients
  • Work with PPC Specialist on managing & optimising PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns
  • Utilize project management software to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Be able to deputise for Digital Account Director when absent
  • Project manage multiple client digital campaigns using cutting-edge software
  • Keep meeting agendas and notes
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Attend networking events in Monaco and London as well as other team-building trips

Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • 3 – 4 years of previous digital agency experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
  • Native English proficiency, with good writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail including strong proof-reading skills
  • A positive attitude – you can make things happen
  • Creativity – you should not be afraid to run with an idea
  • Be exceptionally organised and a good team player

We are currently recruiting for an SEO Specialist to work full-time from our Bath office. The successful candidate will be experienced in SEO and know what drives search performance in 2019 and beyond.

Critical to the role is the ability to assess our clients’ websites to understand the ‘why’ of their performance online, and then define a strategy of how we can improve or maintain it. You should be comfortable with data and unafraid to dig into website code to find the roots of problems or the causes of success.

Job description:

  • Create SEO strategies to achieve top keyword rankings and organic traffic for major client websites.
  • Own the SEO strategy and plan, working with the wider team, making recommendations for new content where we currently don’t rank.
  • Communicate with clients and with other digital account management specialists to execute SEO strategy.
  • Communicate with the in-house development team and client development teams to have SEO changes implemented.
  • Consult on off-page SEO with quality link earning, social media, and other off-page SEO best practices.
  • Conduct deep SEO analysis and provide clear and effective solutions to improve SEO results.
  • Execute advanced on-page and technical SEO tasks for client websites.
  • Optimise for local SEO, mobile SEO, and orchestrate site speed improvements.
  • Create content SEO strategy and optimise content for SEO.
  • Optimise UI/UX to drive conversions from organic search.
  • Complete keyword research, write meta content for clients.
  • Work alongside, PR, Content, PPC, Social Media, CRM, Video and Account Management teams
  • Day to day SEO monitoring with SearchMetrics, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Majestic, MOZ
  • Create weekly/monthly SEO reports and communicate the changes with clients.
  • Build/run a quality back-linking project.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Attend networking events in Monaco and London as well as other team-building trips

Our Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 – 3 years of SEO experience
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and conversion optimisation techniques
  • Understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content SEO optimisation techniques
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS from an SEO perspective
  • Good knowledge of Google and other search engine algorithms
  • Have sharp thinking, an open mind and must willing to learn more about SEO.
  • Willing to work in a high-pressure environment and dedicate to deliver great results for our clients.
  • Native English proficiency, with good writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
  • Excellent written communication, able to convey complex issues in a manner appropriate to the audience.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Able to prioritise according to changing workloads and priorities.
  • Senior stakeholder management and interaction.
