The role

The successful candidate will be experienced in digital marketing, have a real eye for detail, and be a natural project manager. This role needs someone who is incredibly organised and detail-oriented. We have a lot going on, so the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is a must.

 

Office presence preferred

Office in SW3 – Kensington & Chelsea

 

Reporting

Reports to Head of Digital/Management team

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Advertising, content, social media, and SEM for key client accounts
  • Implement SEO, PPC, content, and social media strategy across various platforms for client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Carry out keyword research,on-page and off-page SEO, run website audits and optimise high-quality content
  • Create regular client reports based on agreed KPIs
  • Work closely with our team of Specialists on any digital marketing activities to bring innovative strategies to the client
  • Project manage multiple client digital campaigns using digital software & tools
  • Keep meeting agendas and notes
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
  • Manage and train the digital account managers junior and digital account executives

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and their impact on clients’ digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing and directing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, SEM, PR, content and email marketing
  • Managing website technical structure, design, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance and functionality to support client business objectives
  • 4+ years’ experience managing digital marketing campaigns and/or website design and development projects
  • 2+ years’ agency background
  • Ability to identify technical issues and communicate them to the technical/development teams
  • Understanding of search engines, search engine optimisation and factors that influence rankings in Google
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Search Metrics, MOZ
  • Experience working with various CMS systems and their impact on SEO
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Strong independent decision-making, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail including strong proof-reading skills
