Philippa Herbert is a British jewellery designer founded in 2007. Over the years, this luxury jeweller has evolved from being best known for casting babies’ hands and feet and hand engraving fingerprints and personal messasges onto precious metal charms, to designing and creating bespoke pieces for exclusive clients and celebrities and their distinctive, ready-to-wear jewellery line with precious gem stones.

All materials are ethically sourced, using only real solid gold or silver to ensure the longevity and quality of their creations.

Challenge

Having created the original eCommerce website in 2016, Philippa Herbert’s business has grown in fame and an increasing amount of traffic and exposure. In conjunction with their launch  in Fortnum & Mason’s store in London, Philippa Herbert wanted to update their brand visual and website.

The creative team at Relevance updated the brand messaging and visual with a refreshed story, brand colours and typography to be used for packaging and marketing.

The e-commerce WordPress and Woocommerce website was refreshed to include the new brand.

Solution

Philippa Herbert is best known as a family jeweller with a contemporary edge. The new strapline ‘MAKE IT PERSONAL’ exemplifies their confident personality, with an edge of defiance. Relevance’s creative team planned and styled the brand photo and video shoot which took place in a stately home in the UK and tells the story of a cool aunt, adorned in elegant jewels and contemporary fashion who comes to visit.

Relevance’s work also includes ongoing content creation, marketing and website support.
