Head of Digital - London
The role
To oversee digital operations in UK, ensuring that digital is done to the highest standard, driving forward strategy, delivery and productivity. This role also oversees the marketing and analytics arms of the organisation.

Company Management
- Oversee overall agency/client relationship while providing strategic insight and guiding teams towards achieving client goals
- Manage directors and senior specialists, including PR Director, Head of SEO
- Recruit the best people, and carry out quarterly staff appraisals
- Be financially accountable for all production
- Manage KPIs and Objectives for team members along with the management team
- Devise training at agency level, manage the training of teams, in-house or organising external training and answer any questions they have regarding digital along with training coordinator
- Manage relationships with key suppliers
- Run and hold a digital marketing academy
- Ensure the smooth running of digital tools, allowing teams to best achieve digital objectives
- Liaise across digital specialists in Monaco, UK and any new teams to ensure all processes are unified
- Promote the company’s purpose and vision and ownership of its values and strategic objectives and be able to speak at conference level

Client Management
- Cultivate close, healthy, committed client relationships
- Planning digital strategy for all clients & develop and implement online lead generation strategies and plans to drive traffic and increase enquiries for the businesses, and working alongside Head of Client Services, SEO, PPC, Content, Social, PR Managers
- Drive upsell across multiple clients
- Develop efficient methods of testing propositions, channels and audience targeting techniques to deliver the optimum level of leads
- Meet clients and having a good rapport with them
- Managing escalated client concerns resolving major issues
- To manage tracking and reporting of company performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service
Qualifications
- Must be English native
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong independent decision-making, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on digital marketing best practices and their impact on clients’ digital marketing campaigns
- Managing and directing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, SEM, PR, content and email marketing
- Managing website technical structure, design, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance and functionality to support client business objectives
- 10+ years’ experience managing digital marketing campaigns and/or website design and development projects
- Ability to identify technical issues and communicate them to the technical/development teams
- In-depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimisation and factors that influence rankings in Google
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Search Metrics, MOZ
- Experience working with various CMS systems and their impact on SEO
- Analytical ability to work with search data and metrics and devise strategic digital campaigns accordingly
- Ability to perform CTR, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify potential growth/optimisation opportunities for clients
