Relevance client Worth Avenue Yachts represented the buyer in the successful purchase of the 78.43-metre Eminence yacht last month. Florida yacht broker Glynn Smith, who started his yachting career early in the 90s as a sailing yacht Captain before moving onto large superyachts as a successful charter yacht Captain, introduced the buyer of motor yacht Eminence. The Abeking & Rasmussen yacht had an asking price of €80,000,000 and is the third-longest yacht to be sold so far this year.
What makes motor yacht Eminence special?
On the market for only four and a half months before its sale, superyacht Eminence is an incredible feat of yacht building, built by Abeking & Rasmussen in 2008 and architected inside and out by the British studio Reymond Langton Design. Hosting 16 guests and a crew of up to 24, this elegant vessel leaves her guests in a state of pure bliss, offering panoramic views from the alfresco Jacuzzi, an onboard spa, a private cinema and a whole host of fun water toys. The Eminence yacht also leads the way with performance, with twin Caterpillar 3516 diesel engines giving her a top speed of 16 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a transatlantic range of 6,350 nautical miles at 11.6 knots. She is the largest yacht to have been sold in Worth Avenue Yachts history.
