Challenge

Relevance was tasked to bring Savills prime real estate rentals throughout the Alps and French Riviera in front of the brand’s desired target audiences to ensure supply was met with demand during peak summer months. 

Solution

Relevance developed a 6-month strategy using Facebook lead acquisition and PPC ultra-targeted funnel techniques to ensure that the correct information was presented to UHNWIs at the right time. We considered seasonality effects to provide an engaging and effective connection leading to action.

As a result, Savills saw a 165% increase in paid visitors with 51 PPC conversions.
