Challenge
Pieter van Naeltwijck called upon Relevance’s team of experts to build a custom real estate website bringing in the feed of Knight Frank properties from the top. The website needed to be in English and French and sufficiently optimised for Google.
Solution
Relevance created a smart custom-designed website for Knight Frank’s Monaco agency PVN. Relevance configured a Joomla back-end using Joomla estate agency modules for rental and sales. We worked with the Knight Frank Monaco in-house team to customise the open-source modules for uploading images and split the website into Monaco districts.
Relevance completed the SEO for the new website and wrote the content in English, French, and Russian. The website design was mobile responsive and incorporated a map of the French Riviera as well as an intelligent search function with professional icons. The CMS allows multi-agent login, and the front-end users and other agents can search by reference number.
