The Brief
Luxury Holistic Healing offers an ultra-exclusive eight-week online immersion programme of holistic healing therapies designed to help UHNWIs address their problems and transform their lives for the better.
Once a far-off dream of spiritual healer Melanie Porter, the company became a reality during the Coronavirus pandemic when wheels were set in motion to launch the business.
As a new start up, and with no digital marketing experience herself, Melanie needed a reputable digital marketing agency with proven knowledge of the luxury market and UHNWI targeting/behaviour to help her complete the company website with optimised content and launch her business online.

In order to prepare Luxury Holistic Healing for its online launch, Relevance carried out detailed keyword research and market analysis to create a considered SEO keyword strategy which would inform website content creation. Just four weeks after populating the website, we are already seeing keywords starting to climb in search engine results pages (SERPS) returning an impressive click-through rate of 23.3%.
Work then began on an article for the website of a popular luxury magazine to begin building backlinks for improved SEO and brand awareness. This targeted backlink drove highly engaged visitors to the Luxury Holistic Healing website, with users viewing an average of 4.52 pages per session and spending an average of 10 minutes 47 seconds on site learning about Melanie’s programme.
With the website fully populated and the foundations of our SEO strategy in place, we began on the setup of Luxury Holistic Healing’s social media channels, where we shared a series of “starter posts” to introduce Melanie and her holistic healing experience. Working together with Melanie, we have established a small and engaged following in a matter of weeks.
The next steps for this project include a project to identify Luxury Holistic Healing’s UHNWI personas, which will inform ongoing marketing activity and paid advertising.
