Creed
The House of Creed is an authentic, luxury house that creates highly original fragrances from exquisite ingredients. The esteemed brand was launched in 1760 when a new London tailoring company delivered a pair of scented leather gloves to King George III.
Founded by James Henry Creed in the same year as King George III’s accession, the House of Creed has created fragrances for the discerning customer for over 260 years.
Today Olivier Creed, perfumer and direct descendant of James Henry Creed, continues this great tradition. Olivier travels extensively to source, research, inspect and commission the finest materials. The process is labour-intensive, but Creed is driven by artistry and perfection.
The results
Challenge
Creed required Relevance’s help to create numerous luxury offline touch-points for customers to interact with in-store.
Solution
Relevance’s creative team designed and printed a selection of branded materials, including 1.2-2 million perfume test blotters, cards and stationary for customers to interact with in-store.
The printed materials were handed out with items purchased offline, which consequently drove traffic to the website and encouraged future online purchases.
In addition, stationery was distributed with online purchases to further encourage retention and drive customers back to the website.
